Designed for couples who have already planned their wedding but need a professional to step in and manage the details leading up to and on the wedding day. This service includes: • Final timeline creation + management • Vendor confirmations + communication • Ceremony + reception coordination • Wedding rehearsal coordination • Bridal party lineup + cueing • Guest flow management • Timeline execution throughout the event • Coordination of vendors, transportation, and reception events • Up to 8 hours of onsite coordination Please Note: This package does not include full wedding planning, full décor setup, furniture setup/breakdown, large-scale DIY assembly, or personal décor breakdown unless separately contracted.
